Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Prob Business for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Integrate with supported third-party platforms

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the service

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive practices

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency repairs or updates as needed
• Temporarily suspend service for security reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
